Shipping FAQ

Hey Everyone, thanks for emailing us if your order has still not arrived. Those are being answered in the order they came in. I wanted to address a few common questions: 

• Use this link to input your tracking number: https://www.17track.net/en
  
• BackerKit's software was unable to automatically upload the tracking codes from our fulfillment center so even though backerkit might say your order has not shipped all orders have in fact shipped directly from the factory in China before Christmas. Unfortunately, it appears that US customs & some postal forwarders must have been backlogged for some of your shipments though because some people are showing no movement with their tracking code. (We have seen orders arriving to peoples homes even though the trcking code was showing no movement)
  
• If you received a faulty unit or are missing any of your order that will be replaced for free

Last Call for Anyone Missing Dice

Hey Everyone! 

    Hope you are all enjoying your new year and your new dice! It has been several weeks now since all dice orders shipped so just about everyone should have received theirs by now. We know some local forwarders fall behind in the holidays so your dice may just be stuck in transit so if for some reason you have not received your dice yet shoot us an email at [email protected] so we can look up your tracking code & make sure your dice make it to you!

     Also, a few of you have mentioned having a dice stand thats too tight to fit your new dice. If this has happened to you please contact us ASAP so we can make sure to replace your faulty stand with one that fits.

Production Update

Hey Everyone,

Happy December 1st! I just wanted to check in an give you all a quick production update. The factory has finished all CNC machining & laser engraving on the dice & is now polishing & preparing to begin plating. 

The first batch they did was leaving specks (see below) so they are planning to do thicker under coats of copper and other base elements before plating them with the precious metal so it will grab on to the brass core better. Once that is confirmed they will plate all the dice with the pure precious metals & then all that is left is to package & ship! Yay!

IMPORTANT: We still have about 190 backers who need to fill out their backer survey. Please make sure to fill that out ASAP as we hope to begin shipping in the next couple weeks!
